Hotel Palacio doesn’t have its own car park, but free public street parking is available nearby. Most of the historic centre is easier on foot than by car in any case, and the front desk can arrange a taxi whenever you need one. There is also a bank with an ATM right next door.

It depends on the rate you book. On the Flexible rate, you can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before check-in (15:00); within 24 hours of arrival the first night is charged, and a no-show is charged for the full stay. The Non-Refundable rate is a lower price in exchange for being final — no changes or refunds, and the full amount is charged after booking.

Group bookings of five or more rooms (or over USD 2,000) have custom terms; please contact the front desk before booking. Cancellations should be made in writing, by email or through your travel agent; if you booked on a third-party platform, please cancel with them directly.
